Not many people enjoy running. It is difficult to do as a beginner, hard on your joints and can make one susceptible to injuries. However, running is extremely important in weight loss, improved endurance, improved mood as well as overall health.

In order for your body to operate properly you must "Eat, Exercise, Drink Water & Sleep." Sleep is important for many reasons. One main reason, proper recovery from any intense or light exercising is required to help your body put itself back together and energize.
